BRIMONT carries out a quarterly Customer Satisfaction Assessment Report to assess the perception of the quality of the services provided and strengthen bonds of trust, with a view to continuous improvement and the creation of lasting and sustainable value.
The results of the last quarter verified in the questionnaires promoted by our Quality Department point to a level of satisfaction with the Procurement services provided of 72.2%.
Commitment to quality is a priority in every activity we provide and in this way we have already implemented a set of measures aimed at improving the aspects that have limited us from reaching the maximum value of 100%.
